What is your biggest accomplishment in Ju-Jitsu ?

My biggest challenge was to win the world championship in my weight category above mine. I had the opportunity to face that challenge in Bangkok and win the title in the -62 k category even though my category is -55 K

What one or two things do you currently do in your training that are keys to your success ?

I develop my training by putting myself in tough position that I could face during competition. Secondly, I don’t hesitate to do an introspection on my experience, and change my technical habits that I acquired through time. My biggest success comes mainly from my team that surrounds me, my training partners, my coach and my physical therapist Nur, my conditioning coach Olivier Schmitz, CAPS team, Ju-Jitsu  Francophone Federation and Adeps. All those people contribute significantly to my evolution on the tatami

How much do you train a week ?

According to my  preparation for my exams, and my collaboration in my organization that helps young people from my district , I currently trained four five times per week.

How do you set your goals ?

As I am currently classified number 1 in the athletes worldwide ranking -62 kilos, my goals are numerous, but firstly I would like to win the World Games that I will attend in July 2017

Have you experienced a breakthrough, and if so, what led to it ?

With my father,   Ihave started Ju-jitsu when I was 7 years old, I Have immediately competed for the masculine category championship . Then I trained in order to fight in heavier weight and older category. I have learned from my experience not to fear anything and that there is nothing that can stop me from wining No Matter The weight, gender or age

What was the best advice that you were ever given ?

My father always says before I fight : we are on earth in order to accomplish great things. Give what the best you have inside of you, the stronger and don’t keep anything for yourself.

Do you have a saying or motto that you live your life by ?

My passion is my motivating force in life

Do you have some special ritual before competition ?

I don’t have specific ritual  before fighting, I always warm up the same way, and before fighting I pray god and I am referring to him
