Referee education at JJIF convention
The education section of the JJIF convention focused on the competition rules. For coaches and referee a profound update with the Ne-Waza rules was added with a World B license course for Fighting and Duo System.

JJIF welcomes the three new World B referee for Fighting and Duo Ju-Jitsu.
Under the supervision of JJIF referee director Henrik Sandberg and Uli Zuericher the candidates completed the course and passed the theoretical and practical exam. The group was completed with expierineced referees to support and refresh the own license.
JJAU referee director Alex Paz was the head instructor for Ne-Waza. He was supported by Rosalind Ferreira, Alexandre Nacimento, Rodrigo Valerio and Jaber Hamad Alderei.
The team from UAE conducted many classes for coaches and referee and gave every participant a chance to collect a lot of knowlage for competition and training.
The meetings of the referee panel agreed to use the established license system now for all the disciplines but separate for each of them. So the structure of Continental A&B and World A&B referees will be used for Fighting, Duo and Ne-Waza. Experts have a chance to developpe in their style of Ju-Jitsu but the team will remain one family in JJIF.
