Paris Open
The tournament of Paris took place on May 3rd and 4th of this year in Levallois, near Paris. More than 400 competitors who were in confrontation during 2 days of competitions.
After the big shock for the organizing federation due to construction problems with the sports hall. The federation francais Judo et Ju-Jitsu. managed with big effort to provide a new venue with all troubles of transport an logistics. A big challenge they managed!
In DUO SYSTEM, 46 athletes representatives 9 countries fought to conquer one of the three awarded titles.
Always on Saturdays, 209 competitors of the Jujitsu fighting coming from 18 countries offered us of very beautiful fights.
The Jiu-Jitsu NE-WAZA (BJJ) challenge on Sundays attracted this year more then double as many countries as 2013. The level of the competitors representing 13 countries increases constantly in JJIF.
National-Team competitions had taken place in JJIF some years ago. A re-establishment succeeded this year. Germany, Holland, Italy and France with 2 teams inaugurated this style of confrontation which should in the future have a real success.
