Following the example from Ju-Jitsu Asian Union which had been part of two Asian Beach Games and conducted an Asian Beach Championship in 2016 in Sri Lanka, the JJIF takes the next step to develop the Beach Ju-Jitsu on global scale.
Witch perspective on the ANOC (Association of National Olympic Committees) World Beach Games which are planned for 2019 in San Diego, JJIF push the activities to improve and adapt Beach Ju-Jitsu as an sole format for the Ju-Jitsu sport.
Focus lies on the Ne-Waza competition in NoGi with shorter fight times and more activity.
When the heat the sun was gone competitors and audience met on the beach to enjoy great atmosphere and high level sport.
Now everybody is looking forward to the Asia Edition in Pattaya / Thailand in two weeks (7.-9. July 2017).
